I noticed that the moon phase percentage value is incorrect. Every example site that I saw has this problem, so it's not just me.

I verified the percentage on the U.S. Naval Observatory's website:

http://aa.usno.navy.mil/data/docs/RS_OneDay.html

For example, today they say 90%, wview says 76%.

Where is this value calculated? Is it from the weather station?

You are correct, there was a bug in the moon phase code. I found another source for this formula on the web which compares pretty closely with the U.S. Naval Observatory's values.

I fixed it, it is running on my site and will be in the next release.
