Today is, according to our weather station, the 12 hour day mark. http://www.pcrguam.com/img/index.html Sunrise: 06:33 - Midday: 12:31 - Sunset: 18:31 - Day Length: 12:00 But, with a sunrise of 06:33 and sunset of 18:31, shouldn't the day length be 11:58?!
